Travel Expenses​

All prices include travel within 10 miles of B1 3NJ. Journeys over the 10 mile radius will be charged at 50p per mile.

​Tolls, parking charges etc will be added to your makeup fee.

​Congestion Charge – Traveling inside the congestion charge zone is payable by the client.

Parking – Expenses are charged to the client.

For destination weddings airport transfers both in the UK and abroad, flights and accommodation with breakfast should all be provided.

 

Consultations

Consultations take place at Divine Admiration Studio, located at 1st Floor Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Pl, Birmingham B1 3NJ

 

Single Bridal Bookings

Single bridal bookings made on a Friday and Saturday within peak times (1st April – 31st October) will have an additional charge of £20.00.

 

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% if the total prices is required to confirm your wedding date booking.

Payments can be made by cash, BACS or PayPal.

The deposit is required within 14 days to secure your booking, otherwise your date will be made available to other brides.

The consultation fee is required at the consultation date.

Arranging a trial does not reserve the makeup artist’s services for the event.

The remaining wedding day fee is required on the day.

If booking with a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your wedding date full payment is required at your consultation.

Failure to make payment will result in cancelation of your booking.

Please note we do not accept cheques

 

Cancellation by Divine Admiration

In the unlikely event that I am unable to make your appointment I will refund of 100% of costs already paid by the client

 

Cancellation by Client

Should you need to cancel any appointment please contact us as soon as possible.

If a full cancellation is made within 28 days of the wedding date 30% of the final balance will still be required. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking the full balance is still required.

If consultation bookings are cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hours’ notice the client will incur a surcharge of £30.

 

Sunday & Bank Holiday Bookings

£50 surcharge applies for Sunday or Bank Holidays.

£30 For out of hour bookings made before 7.30am.

 

Client Responsibility
It’s the clients responsibly to make Divine Admiration aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have, and if so we highly recommend a consultation. If on the rare occasion that any of the bridal party have any contagious skin infections we will refuse treatment.

 

Liability
Divine Admiration are not liable for any suppliers that she recommends. We have public liability cover and is insured by Beazley- Salon safe.

 

Responsibility of the client

The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.

The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour. 

 

Photography

The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.  Personal data including photographs will be securely stored in line with our data protection policies more of which can be found in our privacy policy.
